Every customer gets a dedicated Personal Manager as soon as they sign up. The Personal Manager will help you navigate your way around our different services and answer any questions about our service and how to get the most out of your subscription. Your PM is also your point of contact in case of any issues. They can also assist you with adding or modifying services, explore new services and anything else you may need. The Personal Manager will remain with you for as long as you’re our customer. This is a complimentary service and you do not pay extra for your assigned resource.

YOU ARE THE BRAND

We work behind the scene. Under no circumstances do we advertise our company to your customers. We do not mention our name or give any hint of involvement in the order fulfillment process.

You can choose to use our complementary generic packing materials, or you can use custom packing materials with your branding. We can also include brochures and flyers with all packages on your behalf to boost sales and advertisements. We are happy to customize your orders in any way you see fit.

SHARED INVENTORY

We took the concept of Distributed Warehouse Network one step further, with a Shared Inventory Stock model where sellers with identical products can share their inventories across the nation for blazing fast processing and delivery.

All our customers are welcome to participate in the SIS program, however enrollment is competitive and somewhat selective, so we can control the quality of shared inventory. SIS gives you the unique opportunity to process orders fast, often making order fulfillment a matter of a few hours rather days.

By using the Shared Inventory Stock combined with Distributed Warehouse Network, we will ship an identical product to your customer from the closest warehouse we have near your customer even if you don’t maintain stock at that particular warehouse. We will adjust your inventory to reflect an item was taken out of your inventory and credit the inventory where the item was originally taken from. The Order Fulfillment process becomes much more efficient and customers are often awed with blazing fast delivery, setting you up for repeat sales.

We inspect and verify all items that are shipped through this program and to continue participating in this program, all businesses must adhere to our stringent quality control process. This means we can guarantee that only undamaged, brand-new products are being used to fulfill orders.
