OUR METHODS

ACCEPT DELIVERY, INSPECT, STORE

We will accept delivery of products on your behalf and thoroughly inspect them for any damages. We will also ensure the product received matches the product’s description. Your product is then stored within the facility where it meets proper storage climate as recommended by the manufacturer or supplier. You can see your inventory stats and sales history through your online account in real time. You will be notified if our system detects low stock or products approaching expiration date.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION

In addition to inventory-related reports, we prepare orders-related reports that can aid you with various decisions. After receiving an order, it is immediately transferred to our fulfillment wing. In the fulfillment wing, items will be picked, packed and prepared to ship out to customers. You can see real-time status of any given order from your status board. You can also notify your customers of the status of their orders and answer any questions they may have on order and delivery status if need be.

ORDER SHIPPING

We have a carrier and shipping method for you no matter what you sell and where your customers are. You can pick the carrier and shipping speed that fits your requirements and budget. We offer both domestic or international shipping with equal ease and great savings. We typically process most orders same day as long as the order is received by 2:00 pm on weekdays. Orders that arrive later than 2.00 pm are processed within 24 hours and orders that arrive after 2 pm on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

VERSATILE FULFILLMENT SOFTWARE

Our state-of-the-art order fulfillment software is flexible and versatile. Our software can be easily integrated with all major online stores and shopping carts. If you’re using an in-house and/or custom system or website, our integration team will work with you to make sure the integration is seamless. Our fulfillment software can also be setup with multiple streams of orders to consolidate all orders in one place for easier processing and fulfillment.

HANDLING RETURNS

ORWOX handles and processes customers’ returns. Returns are processed as quickly as possible and you will be notified of the status. We will also provide you with real-time reports on why an order/product was returned. If a return requires additional action on your part, we will contact you and wait for your instructions. We can also work with vendor to resolve issues arising from defective products. We will update your inventory in real-time to accurately reflect return, refund, credit, vendor replacement information so your accounting is in order.
